ITS provides a customized fulfillment service, we work closely with our customers to develop a deployment strategy which best suits their Terminal Management needs.

ITS Equipment Flow

• Receive Equipment
• Sort equipment by product
• Scan serialized equipment into in-house Inventory Management System
• We will provide a quantity account on all non serialized equipment
• Transfer equipment to cleaning department
• Transfer equipment to repair center
• Fully Test equipment to determine level of refurb / repair required
• Once refurbishment or repair is completed, perform a thorough quality control check procedure
• Package equipment according to customer requirements
• Organise to ship out equipment per customer instruction
• Store in one designated warehouse areas the equipment that is not immediately deployed back to the customer or merchant can be stored in one of the designated warehouse areas
